Granola - Garlic ================ 2011-03-16, courtesy Jon Ingredients ----------- 3 cups oats 2 Tbsp? canola oil 1/4 Cup? maple syrup 2-6? cloves of garlic Directions ---------- 1. Heat oven to 325 F 2. Mix oil and garlic together, then mix everything into oats in 8 x 8 pan 3. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Review and Variations --------------------- This was quite good (savory), but I eat it with oatmeal. Next time I would like to try adding ginger as well. I tried it with ginger. I'm not sure it improved it.
